The strategy I use to master English
1. Listening
In learning English especially in listening lessons I often find it difficult to understand what is spoken by the speaker, because sometimes what is spoken is different from the writing and also too quickly in pronunciation. Strategies that I use to master the listening is usually by listening to music in English, listening to music not only improve the ability to hear but also improve my speaking ability because while listening to music I always follow the lyrics of the song.
2. Speaking
Speaking is a lesson that I love. The strategy I use to improve my speaking ability is by singing often, reading, talking to friends or talking in front of the glass. And also as I mentioned above listening music can also improve my speaking ability.
3. Reading
The strategy I use to master or improve my reading ability is by reading books often.
4. Writing
In writing, the strategies I use to improve my writing skills are by often writing stories or making exercises using my own sentences or making up freely.
5. Grammar
Learning grammar in my opinion is difficult, because if a little mistake in writing it will be different meaning. I have twice failed in grammar lesson that is grammar 2 grammar 3, but I do not never give up, I keep trying so that for this semester grammar I do not fail again. The strategy that I do is more often make the exercises.
6. Vocabulary
The strategy that I use to master vocabulary is by reading because every reading we must find new words and if not know the meaning then search in the dictionary.
7. Pronounciation
The strategy I use to know pronounciation every word is by listening to music and listening to people talking.
